Anna Marriott, Director, Eleventh Spirit


I'm an experienced HR practitioner, coach and facilitator, and believe that the best organisations design their people experience with the end user in mind.  I started Eleventh Spirit because I wanted to help organisations build amazing, motivational workplaces that thrive and deliver exceptional performance.


I've worked in-house at senior level, coached senior leaders and facilitated executive teams, working with some well-known organizations in tech, retail, media and communications.  I also work as an HR Consultant with one of the country’s leading employment law firms. 


I have commercial, practical experience in applying people practices, processes, leadership and management skills within organisations.  The best and most effective people practices fit the people and the company - one size doesn't fit all.  To be competitive businesses have to adapt quickly and stay agile, so it's vital that this is reflected in the way a company manages and develops its people and teams.  Balancing this need for agility and pace with the natural human resistance to change is the big challenge that many companies are now facing, and is one that I'm passionate about solving.
